FUMDECA 2019

The Hip Hop Mobilization Project, based on the defense and affirmation of rights and the development of participants' capacities, is an initiative of Casa do Hip Hop that, through the dissemination of elements of Hip Hop Culture, with workshops , presentations and conversation circles , aims to strengthen family and community relationships and promote integration and the exchange of experiences among participants, valuing affective, family and community coexistence, mobilizing families and the community to reflect and experience themes and values such as cooperation and transformation social development , the strengthening of popular organization, the construction of a more egalitarian society, with greater opportunities and options for youth.

Mobilization Hip Hop was previously developed in Bairro Santa Fé, in Bairro Jardim Oriente and also in EE Augusto Melega, in Bairro Campestre and EE Olivia Bianco, in Bairro Paulista.

This edition of the project took place in 2 regions of the city: North (at the Bosque dos Lenheiros Community Center and EE Helio Penteado de Castro) and South (at the Casa do Hip Hop de Piracicaba). The workshops of the two elements were given in each of these locations weekly, completing 4 months of activity in each one, simultaneously and rotating.

The first month was dedicated to articulating and planning the project with community leaders and the families of children and adolescents in each of the regions. Following with 8 months of workshops for the 2 elements, and every 4 months there was a presentation of each modality in the community center of the neighborhood and a conversation circle with the participants, their families and the community.

The penultimate month was dedicated to holding a closing event at Casa do Hip Hop, with the integration of all participants in a final presentation and also activities dedicated to the assessment of their individual, family and social impacts, especially regarding the consolidation of affective bonds. and increasing the protective capacity of families. In the last month, the final report and rendering of accounts took place. The total time to complete the project was 11 months.
